About the Role
You will report into the Head of FP&A in the Beauty division, partnering with other functions outside of finance and playing a pivotal role in the way data is used within the Beauty division.

Responsibilities:
Embed analytics products in processes and decisions
Owning the data strategy and implementing change
Built bespoke automated reports in Power BI
Automating reporting by writing and reviewing SQL
Create predictive forecasts, such as anticipated revenue growth
Playing a pivotal role between finance teams and BI / Data teams
Ensuring deliverables and written communications are accurate, succinct, and clear
Assisting with troubleshooting data issues, validating result sets, recommending, and implementing process improvements
Requirements:
3-5 years experience in an Analyst role
Data focused professional with an analytical mind-set, quick to grasp the fundamentals of a business and have strong communication skills
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of data analysis, data modelling and quality assurance techniques
Advanced proficiency with SQL
Advanced proficiency with Excel
Advanced proficiency with Power BI
Experience with programming languages (Python/R) – (advantageous)
Experience working within a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities
Ability to work autonomously, initiate and deliver change; have a proactive and creative approach to problem solving
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year
