Role Overview
Fitch Ratings is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Manchester-based Performance Operations team. As a key member of the Operations Group, you will provide critical data, technical, and analytical support for Fitch's Structured Credit department. This demanding yet exciting role offers opportunities to work with talented colleagues worldwide, develop technical skills, and drive process improvements.
Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain web crawlers for report sourcing.
Manage collection of periodic surveillance data to deadline.
Validate captured surveillance data.
Maintain and update existing VBA to ensure continued functionality.
Analytical support – highlight potential performance concerns to ratings analysts.
Requirements
Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL.
Excellent communication and cooperative attitude.
Diligence, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
Bonus Information
Prior experience in securitisation markets and structured products beneficial.
Aptitude for applying IT to improve systems desirable.
Continued professional development essential.
