Key Responsibilities:

International Shipments: Manage the full shipment cycle for B2B clients.
Customer Communication: Maintain constant communication with customers and carriers.
Database Maintenance: Update the company database accurately and in a timely manner.
Invoicing: Ensure all invoicing from suppliers complies with company terms and price limits.
Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction and provide the highest level of customer service.
Requirements:

Languages: Native level of Polish or German
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an international logistics role
Skills: Demonstrable understanding of European import and export procedures, excellent communication and organisation skills, confidence solving complex problems, and working well under pressure
Salary Range: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience. This is a permanent, self-employed role with flexible working arrangements.
