Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Night Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their requests and needs.
Lead by example, demonstrating a warm and friendly approach in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
Maintain a smooth and secure environment for all guests during the night, ensuring that all procedures are followed.
Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous, but not essential.
Able to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Salary:

£18,500 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
