Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Management:
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and inform business decisions.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and control inventory costs, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy.
• Work closely with the purchasing and sales teams to manage stock levels effectively and reduce excess inventory.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Assist in the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Compliance & Taxation:
• Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Financial Analysis:
• Perform in-depth financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Offer insights and recommendations to senior management to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
