Job Summary

We are a dynamic photography company specializing in school photography across the Delhi NCR region. We are looking to hire talented, detail-oriented, and punctual Full-Time School Photographers to manage and execute professional photography assignments in schools. This role involves working closely with school staff, capturing individual student portraits, and group class photos, and ensuring all images are edited and organized efficiently.

Joining: December 4, 2026
Shoot Timings: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (As per school time-table)
Shoot Location: SCHOOLS in Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and Pan India

Key Responsibilities:

Morning Photography Sessions: Arrive at school by 7:30 AM to conduct individual student portrait photoshoots and group photographs for each class.
Location Setup: Choose appropriate locations for individual and group photoshoots that complement the school's environment.
Coordination with School Staff: Work closely with school teachers and staff to ensure smooth operations and that all students are photographed on time.
Image Selection and Editing: After the shoot, work from home to select the best portrait of each student and best group photo for each class, and edit them to meet company standards.
Data Organization: Organize all photographs into class-wise folders, ensuring everything is stored and cataloged efficiently.
Time Management: Ensure all tasks are completed within school hours (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM) and manage post-production work at home after hours.
Independent Management: Manage and execute the entire process independently, ensuring a high standard of professionalism, quality, and punctuality.
Compensation: Rs. 2,40,000/- to Rs. 4,80,000/- per annum

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
Incentives:
₹2 per individual student portrait (Approx. Rs. 1000 to 3000/- per day) + Performance Bonus
₹50 per class group photograph (Approx. Rs. 1000 to 3000/- per day) + Performance Bonus
Attractive bonuses based on targets and work quality.
Expected Monthly Volume:

On average, you'll photograph approximately 10,000 to 15000 students per month. This number may vary in the initial phase.

Requirements:

Punctuality & Time Management: Must be punctual and adhere to school timings (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM).
Equipment: Must have your own camera gear, flash, equipment, and laptop for editing (no resources will be provided).
Experience: Prior photography experience, especially in portraits and group photography, is preferred.
Self-motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Communication Skills: Good coordination skills (English and Hindi) to work with school staff and ensure smooth execution of the shoot.
Attention to Detail: Ability to edit and organize images to meet company standards and client expectations.
Note: Candidates will be responsible for traveling to schools in Delhi NCR using their conveyance, whether by personal vehicle or public transport. The company will reimburse travel and stay expenses for out-of-station shoots only (outside Delhi NCR).

Probation Period:
The role will have a 3-month probation period. Upon successful completion of probation, you will have the opportunity to take on larger projects and additional responsibilities.
