Job Description

The OE is a leader of the rural business unit/territory (Tehsils & or RTL’s), He is responsible for planning, deploying and executing joint business Plans & building organization capability in the rural. He will execute the distributor strategies to deliver sales, resale fundamentals. As an owner of the RURAL business unit he will be accountable for accurate and timely availability of data and information necessary in making right business plans and decisions.

The ROE will achieve all of this by LEADING/MANAGING & MOTIVATING a high performance organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
