Job Description

Job Title: Design-Running Designer
We are seeking a talented and experienced design-running designer to join our team at Studio R2A, an independent award-winning agency based in Liverpool.

This is an exceptional opportunity for the right individual to deliver stunning projects and work closely with clients and the design team to develop innovative and impactful designs that align with each project's requirements and vision.

Studio R2A excels in creating exceptional spaces and collaborating with a diverse range of clients, from startups to established brands. Our passion lies in designing beautiful and functional spaces that convey compelling stories.

Your Role:
As a design-running designer, you will be responsible for working on a wide range of projects, from conceptual design through to completion. You will have excellent design and communication skills, a strong creative flair, and a conceptual design approach.

You should also be client-focused, engaging clients in the design process, possess a proactive attitude that drives projects forward, manage multiple workflows effectively, produce construction details and tender packs with meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in a design-led practice.
Experience in hospitality design is preferred.
Proficiency in 2D Vectorworks is essential, along with 3D modeling ability using SketchUp and preferred rendering skills using V-Ray.
Site experience and a strong track record of delivering coordinated tender and construction drawing packages are also required.
