Job description: We are looking for Remote Inbound/ Customer Service Call Center Reps. The roles we have available are full-time or part-time and HOURS ARE CHOSEN BY YOU, BASED ON YOUR AVAILABILITY. This is a great opportunity for a second source of income, stay-at-home mothers, veterans, college students, etc.

What will you do as a customer service agent:
As an agent you will provide customer service by taking inbound calls. No cold calling!
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries
Qualifications:
• Easily manage stress, able to work under pressure, and adapt to adverse situations
• Deliver eloquent customer service
• Have experience working with users to identify the best solution
• You must be self-motivated (no supervisor will be peering over your shoulder), possess outstanding problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy, and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, handling potentially stressful situations
• Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills are a must

Prior to servicing a client opportunity, a series of assessments and a virtual certification course must be successfully completed. There are No Fees for the virtual certification courses. Virtual certification courses are free.
Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, depending on the complexity of the client program.
