Full Stack Developer Manager |Python| Django| Fast|API| React| Next|js

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Manager!

Responsibilities:
• Provide vision, planning, and coordination for all software development and implementation activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements
• Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Python, Django, and Fast-API
• Develop efficient and responsive frontend components using React and Next.js
• Apply Project Management best practices to meet project plan, time, and scope objectives
• Manage Software Quality Assurance for high-quality and reliable software
• Create website layout/CRM software/user interface using HTML, CSS, Next.js, Python, Django, and Fast-API
• Utilize Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles for well-structured and reusable code.
• Implement and optimize database interactions using ORM technologies
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution of bugs and technical challenges
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications:
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong project portfolio
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and Fast-API for backend development
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts and software design principles
• Expertise in building responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js
• Experience with ORM frameworks and efficient database interactions
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Proactive and self-driven attitude towards learning and adopting new technology
• Knowledge of front-end design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive web design (preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku) (preferred)
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies (preferred)
