Job Description for Tele-caller profile
1]Making calls to potential customers.
2]Explaining company services and products.
3]Maintaining daily call records.
4]Submitting daily progress reports.
5]Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
6]Provide information about available courses/Products.
7]Generating the leads by providing a database.Collect desired information from the students.
8]Answering and calling the students and explaining to them the products and services offered by the company.
+]Follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
10]Call handling management(tele-calling management).
Important Note: Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.
