We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to shape our website and app interfaces, ensuring our users have a delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User-Centered Design:

- Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs for our website and mobile platforms.

2. Research & Analysis:

- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and stay updated with e-commerce trends to improve UI/UX.

3. Wireframes & Prototypes:

- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to implement designs and maintain brand consistency.

5. Testing & Optimization:

- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on performance metrics and user feedback.

6. Design Systems:

- Build and maintain a scalable design system for our growing product catalog and features.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in e-commerce.

- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.

- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and basic front-end principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creativity.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with animation tools (e.g., After Effects) or front-end frameworks (HTML/CSS).

- Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven design optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
