Job Title: Expert Panelist for Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI Interviews
Description:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Freelance Panelist Network to conduct technical interviews for candidates specializing in Machine Learning (ML), Data Science (DS), and Generative AI (Gen AI).
As a panelist, you will evaluate candidates' technical and problem-solving skills, ensuring they meet the requirements of high-performance teams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct remote technical interviews for Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI roles.
Assess candidates' knowledge in areas like model development, deployment, data analysis, algorithm design, and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, or similar).
Provide structured feedback and ratings based on the interview.
Share insights on candidates' strengths and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with our hiring team to refine evaluation processes.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Generative AI-related roles.
Hands-on experience in deploying AI/ML models or working with large datasets.
Strong understanding of Gen AI models like GPT, BERT, or Stable Diffusion.
Technical Proficiency:
ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
Data Science tools: Python (Pandas, Jump, Matplotlib), R, SQL, or cloud-based analytics tools.
Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, or fine-tuning pre-trained models.
Familiarity with MLOps, deployment pipelines, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Communication Skills:
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
Prior experience in interviewing or mentoring professionals is preferred.
