Description

Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our growing team. As an Events Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning and logistics of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and timeline management.
• Help with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
• Ensure that all event materials, supplies, and equipment are ready and available on-site.
• Work closely with event managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the planning process.
• Assist in handling client requests and provide on-site support during events.
• Monitor event progress and assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate event documentation, including schedules and attendee lists.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all event details are executed to the highest standard.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination (1-2 years preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and event planning software (e.g., Eventbrite).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
