Job Summary

Maintenance Assistant is the front line staff member to handle electrical, plumbing, and structural issues faced by the facility on a daily basis.

Responsibilities And Duties

Highlight the responsibilities: as the front line staff member you will handle all maintenance responsibilities, from unclogging toilets, blown breakers, patching walls, painting, to wi-fi issues. Projects will be assigned by the maintenance supervisor.

Qualifications And Skills
• Basic Knowledge of plumbing, electrical light construction and carpentry are a must.
• knowledge of OSHA regulations for Healthcare also mandatory
• More advanced knowledge of the above area or basic knowledge of computers are a plus.
