General Maintenance Technician| Maintenance

Position: General Maintenance Technician, Maintenance- Full Time, Days
Location: Windsor
POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs general, routine maintenance and servicing operations through the facility.# This includes carpentry/plumbing tasks, as well as preventative maintenance duties/inspections of equipment and the facilities.# Responsible for providing security to the Facility.# Assures the physical safety of patients, Hospital staff and visitors. QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High School graduate or the equivalent.# Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.# Valid Driver#s License Required. # Experience:
Prefer maintenance experience in handling minor repairs.# Demonstrative proficiency in basic carpentry and plumbing.
