Type - Full-time
Timings - 10 to 7 (Monday to Saturday)
Stipend - 5k/month

Role Overview
As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and the recruitment lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our recruitment team and make real impact in hiring top-tier talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).
• Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, including phone screenings.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in conducting market research to identify new recruitment channels and trends.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment activities as needed.

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is a plus.
