Java OMS Lead Developer

Qualifications
5 to 7 years of experience in Java/J2EE world along with OMS / Oconfigurations\enhancements experience
Ability to write complex programs using the Sterling Implementation Framework
Very clear concepts of Database, J2EE, XML
Strong Java/J2EE skills
XML manipulations
Agent Servers configurations
Worked extensively on Services Definition Framework of Sterling package
Lead in architectural, solution discussions with client
Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources
Very clear written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
Present solution options to the client and negotiate
As a pod lead provide leadership and guide the offshore team on development and track progress
Advise the customer on order management best practices, and align the customer process very closely to the product with minimum customization
Oversee aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for projects within solution area
Job description
- Has worked on IBM Sterling Order Management System or any other OMS for around 5+ years.

- Has worked on Sterling OMS v10, IBM Call Center

-5 to 7 years of experience in Java/J2EE world along with OMS / Oconfigurations\enhancements experience

- Ability to write complex programs using the Sterling Implementation Framework

- Very clear concepts of Database, J2EE, XML. Strong Java/J2EE skills

- XML manipulations

- Agent Servers configurations

- Development/ deployment experience on cloud preferably AWS is a plus
