Job description
Electrical Service Engineer Responsibilities

Installation and Commissioning

· Install, commission, and test electrical equipment and systems, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.

· Conduct electrical wiring, cabling, and connection setup for machinery, appliances, or systems.

· Ready for field services and all kind of Electrical and mechanical works.

· Good knowledge of industrial field.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

· Perform routine preventive service on electrical systems to ensure long-term reliability.

· Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

· Diagnose faults in electrical circuits, equipment, or systems and implement repairs.

· Troubleshoot and repair electrical motors, panels, PLCs, transformers, and other components.

· Respond promptly to service calls to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.

Technical Support and Customer Interaction

· Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients regarding equipment operation and service.

· Train operators and maintenance personnel on proper equipment handling and safety protocols.

· Maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing queries and providing timely solutions.

Documentation and Reporting

· Prepare detailed service reports documenting issues, repairs, and maintenance schedules.

· Maintain records of parts replaced, tools used, and hours worked during servicing activities.

· Assist in developing maintenance plans and service schedules to enhance equipment performance.

Compliance and Safety

· Adhere to local and international electrical codes and safety regulations during all tasks.

· Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe working environment.

Conduct risk assessments before performing any service or repair work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
• total work: 2 years (Preferred)
• Electrical: 2 years (Preferred)
