Job Description:

Are you a passionate sales professional with a knack for closing high-impact deals? UpliftU is looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Sales Representatives for our innovative 1-Minute Films division. Your mission will be to connect with brands, pitch our unique short film concept, and close deals that turn everyday brands into viral sensations.

Responsibilities of the Candidates:
• Identify and engage potential brands via various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Present the concept of 1-minute films, demonstrating how they can enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Negotiate terms, secure contracts, and bring in high-ticket clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Track and report sales progress and achievements regularly.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in media, marketing, or advertising.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a commission-based role.
• Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Willingness to undergo training to understand UpliftU’s 1-minute film concept.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Number of brand pitches per week.
• The conversion rate of leads to closed deals.
• Total revenue generated from closed deals.
• Client satisfaction and retention rates.
