Job Description

Construction Accountant must work closely with the Asset Managers and PM teams to ensure that

the construction accounting responsibilities will be handled accurately and within the given time

frame. CA will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks and helping the AMs (Asset Managers)

as and when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of Replacement Draws and Renovation Draws for various properties.

Pulling of Rent rolls and financials on every month and sorting Data as per the clients

requirement.

Calculation of Construction management Fees every month and preparing a detailed report

for that.

Preparation of Vendor Aging Report on a monthly Basis.

Pulling Bank backups from Bank of America website.

Pulling Invoice backups as per client requirements.

Preparing various Ad-Hoc reports as per client requirements.

Entering various data including invoices in RealPage and Banner software.

GL reconciliation work.

Required Education And Experience

Bachelors degree in accounting is a must.

Good to have MBA or Masters in related field.

Good to have 2-3 years experience in core accounting in Real Estate Accounting /

Construction Accounting.

Good to have knowledge in accounting tools like Real Page or Banner Software.
