Regular, Full-Time (30-40 hrs) | Benefitted Position | Schedule: Monday to Friday | Hourly Rate: $23.07 - $24.07

PARC Retirement Living is an award-winning developer and operator of independent senior-living communities. We’re seeking a Housekeeper to join our Cedar Springs PARCteam in North Vancouver.

As a PARC Housekeeper, you are a caretaker of this vision – responsible for cleaning resident suites and common areas to create a safe, tidy and pleasant environment for residents. This includes:

Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, kitchens, floors and common areas according to a pre-set schedule
Performing laundry services for residents as needed
Identifying, reporting and logging potential maintenance issues to management
Maintaining the housekeeping room, equipment and carts in safe and sanitary condition
Replenishing housekeeping carts and managing cleaning chemicals safely

You’re an upbeat, cooperative team member who brings positive energy to all you do
You have at least two years of similar experience in the hospitality or senior-living industry
You have completed Grade 10 high school education or equivalent, along with the WHMIS program, and you are able to read, write and effectively communicate in English
You pride yourself on excellent attention to detail and work to the highest cleaning standards
You’re able to self-direct and work effectively with minimal supervision
You understand and respect the needs of seniors, their families, and and other professional services engaged with our residents

At PARC Retirement Living we require a Criminal Record Check, and a TB test within the first month of employment.
