Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager Fresher (Part-time)

Job Summary: The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager Fresher to join our team on a part-time basis. As an HR Manager Fresher, you will assist in various HR functions and gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the coordination of training and development initiatives.
• Provide support in employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
