Job Title: Plumbing Estimator

Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Plumbing Estimator to join our team. This role requires expertise in estimating plumbing systems and proficiency in using Fast Pipe software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing plumbing blueprints and specifications to prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates. A strong computer setup with advanced configuration is necessary to support the demands of Fast Pipe and other related estimating tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review plumbing drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to perform precise and efficient cost estimates.
• Must have excellent ability to speak write and communicate in English.
• Utilize Fast Pipe software to calculate material quantities, equipment needs, and labor costs for plumbing projects.
• Input and manage data to generate detailed and accurate estimation reports.
• Collaborate with project management and estimating teams to optimize processes and ensure estimates align with project objectives.
• Ensure all estimation data is accurate and prepared within project deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of estimates and updates to project documents.
• Revise estimates promptly when changes occur in project scope or design.
• Stay informed on industry standards, materials, and emerging trends in plumbing systems.
