Job Description

Qualifications
Proficient in using electrical, manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
Ability to read technical documents and drawings
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Reliable and punctual
Engage in professional interactions with Management, Designers and Architects as needed
Must be physically able to meet the requirements of the job
At a minimum this would include regularly lifting and / or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 100 pounds
Willingness to always follow safety guidelines
Must have a minimum of 5 years related experience

Job Summary: Responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, and other items using different types of materials including wood and composite materials.Responsibilities:
• Excellent understanding of carpentry technique, materials and methods of installation and construction.
• Adherence to an excellent level of quality always.
• Understanding of relevant building specs and instructions
