Responsibilities
This role requires installing plumbing systems in newly constructed high-rises
We have an urgent need in South Vancouver and in UBC, with a three-tower project currently in progress
Please note that the project is in the structure stage, pouring decks, and is expected to continue until June 2026
Drill and notch out for installation
follow blueprints and layouts for bathrooms, kitchen units and laundry rooms
Install Cast Iron, Pex and PVC piping systems
Working on ladders and tight spaces
Cutting, measuring and hanging drainage systems
Rough-in bathrooms, kitchen units, laundry drainage and vents
Installing tubs and showers
You will work in a meticulously maintained facility that adheres to strict safety protocols and standards
Regular safety training and equipment maintenance ensure a secure working environment

We have an exciting opportunity for plumbers to join our team! If you have a passion for new construction and love working on high-rises and multi-family projects, this position is for you. This role requires installing plumbing systems in newly constructed high-rises. We have an urgent need in South Vancouver and in UBC, with a three-tower project currently in progress. Please note that the project is in the structure stage, pouring decks, and is expected to continue until June 2026. Transit accessibility is available, however, please note that there is no parking on site. Overtime is available at times.

Responsibilites:
• Drill and notch out for installation.
• follow blueprints and layouts for bathrooms, kitchen units and laundry rooms
• Install Cast Iron, Pex and PVC piping systems
