Following established patterns and schematics for washrooms, cookery appliances and launderettes
Cast iron, Pex, and PVC pipes are preferred for their resilience and resistance against corrosion, making them ideal for plumbing systems that require longevity
To create a functional and practical workspace, roughing in the necessary plumbing lines, electrical outlets, and ventilation systems needs to be top of mind
Proper ventilation is essential, as moisture buildup can lead to mold and other problems
Expect to receive regular safety training and equipment maintenance, ensuring a safe and secure work environment

Attention all Plumbing Technicians! Come and join our dynamic team and be part of an exciting opportunity! Our team is passionate about new construction and loves working on multi-family projects and high-rises. With this position, you’ll be responsible for installing plumbing systems in newly constructed high-rises. We have an urgent need for Plumbing Technician in South Vancouver and UBC as we are currently in the process of working on a three-tower project. Please note the project is currently in the structure stage and pouring decks, we plan to continue until June 2026. Our location has easy transit accessibility, however, parking on-site is not available. Overtime opportunities may arise.
