As a Painter/Handyman, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality residential and commercial painting services while also performing various handyman tasks
Reporting to the project manager, your core skills in construction painting and proficiency with hand tools will be essential for executing projects efficiently
Additionally, your relevant skills in carpentry, drywall, renovation and repairs will support our commitment to excellence in construction and maintenance

Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision and attention to detail
Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently
Perform drywall repairs, plastering, and trim carpentry as needed
Perform multiple repair tasks, with minor plumbing, minor electrical, and handyman skills
Diagnose and assess repair issues for quality job completion
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide color theory expertise
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Manage project timelines and maintain clear communication with team members
