Site Security Supervisor

Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Security Supervisor to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at a shopping centre site in Halifax, HX1 area. The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at the shopping centre, ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff, and property.

Hours: On average 48 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. 4 on 4 off, Monday to Sunday 07:00am - 1+:00pm.

Pay: £12.+7 per hour.

Responsibilities
• Monitor surveillance and alarm systems.
• This role involves leading a team of 3 - 4 security guards on daily tasks including security, cleaning, maintenance, customer service and CCTV.
• Swiftly responding to security breaches or incidents.
• Maintaining a secure environment.
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during security emergencies.
• Educate and train security personnel on protocols and emergency response plans.

Person Specification
• A valid SIA licence & CCTV licence.
• Own transport required.
• A full five year checkable employment history.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• An ability to work as part of a team.
• An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach.
• IT skills.
