Responsibilities

Positions we are hiring for during this event are:

Patient Account Representatives - Remote or Hybrid considered after completion of +0 day onsite training period. Resolve unpaid insurance claims balances accurately. Independently work towards daily goals with the greater team goal of ensuring our patients are billed correctly.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Fluent Spanish required. Professionally and courteously provide a variety of patient and insurance services through mail, telephone, e-mail and personal contact in response to patient account inquiries.

Correspondence Representative - Provide a variety of patient services through mail, telephone, and personal contact in regards to outstanding receivables.

Bill Processing Representative - Daily billing process to ensure that payors are receiving accurate and timely claims.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications
• Healthcare collections and/or customer service experience
• Experience working in a production based environment where daily, weekly and monthly goals are set and routinely met.
• Computer proficiency and experience in windows based technologies
• Phone or call center experience
• Strong organization skills and the proven experience in the ability to problem solve. Adaptable, detail orientation and strong organization skills
• Access to confidential and sensitive information, requiring ongoing discretion and secure information management
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to do so independently
• Ability to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
