BA/BS of competitive US college
3 years assistant experience or equivalent
MS Office including Excel
Facility with software and tech applications
Being organized, responsible, and good at solving problems
Being a self-starter who is good at identifying and tackling problems

Working closely with the father to keep him organized and on-task
Managing email inbox of father to identify priorities and what should be followed through
Identifying and implementing systems to optimize office workflow including digitizing some systems
Bill-pay and ensuring bills are correct
Tracking investments
Reviewing budgets
Liaising with the accountant and getting him the documents needed on an ongoing basis
Answering ad hoc questions such as when can this deposit be refunded
Some personal assistance for family members: booking travel, scheduling vendors for home repairs, sourcing
