RN work from Home Triage |Assisted Living and Memory Care

This role is ideal for RN's with Senior Living and LTC experience to either repolace or supliment their current income with an EOW position. Vairous shifts available long and short, day and evening. Seeking RN's in MN and IA.

Responsibilities
• Assure that clear communication and direction is given to Front LIne Care Givers
• Provide care education to staff as needed dealing with incidents at the site level
• Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, MDH and IADH, HIPAA)

Qualifications
• Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure
• Must have a minimum of 5 Years ina supervisory role managing direct care staff
• Knowledge of OSHA, MDH and IADH, and HIPAA compliance
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
