Job description
We're looking for a video editor to help us create captivating content. You'll also be able to work independently and make decisions quickly, but still value the input of others.

You'll be working with our team of writers, designers, and marketers to produce videos. You'll also be responsible for editing videos produced by other departments as well as creating your own content from scratch.

You Should Have Experience In

Documentary, VSL, Explainers, Demo’s and case study style video editing:

• Creating compelling visuals and animations in visual sales letters (VSL), explainer videos, long form videos, GIFs and other related video marketing materials.
• Using Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software to create motion graphics and transitions
• Working with Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software
• Understanding the nuances of capturing a viewer's attention via sound effects/ transitions/ lower thirds.
• Taking decisions to create aesthetically pleasing design structure and hierarchy of elements in the video

The Ideal Candidate
• Has at least 1-2 years of experience in video editing
• Has worked in a dynamic agency setup
• Will be responsible for editing 2 to 4 videos/ week on average
• Is willing to explore and experiment with different editing styles

Requirements:
• 5+ years of UI development experience involving both Web and Mobile applications.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular framework with materials.
• Proficient in designing and developing progressive and responsive web applications.
• Knowledge of OOPS concepts and experience in applying SOLID design principles.
• Experience in performance analysis and tuning, RUM user monitoring solutions.
• Experience in designing and building reusable UI components.
• Experience in handling security vulnerabilities within the application.
• Experience in Unit Test frameworks like Karma, Jasmine, etc.
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in SaaS Based applications is a plus.
• Experience in micro front-end architecture is a plus.
• Experience in any one of the UX designing tools like Figma Sketch is a plus.
• Experience in designing and developing progressive and responsive web applications.
