Job summary

Monday to Friday including bank holidays 10.45-15.15

Elmleigh is a 33 bedded acute mental health inpatient unit in Havant where our multidisciplinary team offer high quality recovery focused care to adults with a range of mental health issues.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, confident individual to join our Reception/Administration team. The post holder will provide comprehensive reception duties and clerical support to the Elmleigh Unit. If you enjoy working as part of a dedicated team, have a flexible approach, a positive, professional attitude and meet the requirements of the person specification we would like to hear from you.

The successful applicants will be excellent communicators, organised, positive, resilient and motivated. The ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment is essential for this position.

We are looking for candidates who have reception and/or office experience, knowledge of Microsoft word/outlook and basic excel spreadsheets. Candidates with a customer service background are also encouraged to apply.
