Job Title: Sales Admin (Coupa REQUIRED)
Pay Rate: $22 to $24/HR
Duration: 11 months
Location: Remote
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm

We are looking for a Sales Admin (Coupa). This is an entry-level position supporting an Enterprise Sales Account team. This is a 100% remote position, candidate who can be based out of any time zone
• Daily review of Coupa for active and new POs – POs would need to be routed to the correct individual(s) for proper contract/service bookings
• Manage ECS Teams Work Order sales requests
• Send to GOC opportunity requests under the person's name adding the ECS sales team as team members
• Link opportunity to Parent opportunity for uplifts/change in SOW
• Continuous follow-up with the person to ensure the creation of quotes promptly
• Maintaining Amazon Share Drive
• Keeping track of All active contracts (most current pricing, cost breakdown, SOW)
• Keeping track of all deducts and capturing this information in Share Drive – but making sure that they are tracked to add to the following year if applicable
• Keeping track of all non-contractual service requests throughout the year and ensuring that they are properly tracked and added to recurring services for either that contractual year or the next contractual year
• 30% of Amazon's work is done by Subcontractors
• How do we track who we are using and where – is there a way to analyze data for volume discounts from the sub
