Espalier is hiring for the role of Associate Consultant Intern!
Requirements:
• Be proficient in market analysis, with a strong ability to understand the market landscape and value chains.
• Have excellent online research skills, capable of sourcing information from diverse and credible sources such as news articles, case studies, research publications, and reports.
• Be skilled in collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Possess strong technical skills, particularly in MS Excel for data preparation and PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
• Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.
• Be available to start immediately and commit to a 4-month internship duration.
• Demonstrate interest and relevant experience in fields such as business analysis, market research, or data analysis.

The company is pioneering a new concept called Generative Commerce, which aims to redefine the traditional consumer retail experience by enabling users to create and customize products(print-on-demand) directly from the search bar using natural language inputs. This initial platform serves as a stepping stone, easing users into the generative commerce experience and setting the stage for the company’s broader vision—a comprehensive super app for commerce.

Ideal Skills and Expertise:
Figma, Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), UI/UX design, motion graphics, and branding, and Background or interest in D2C brands or e-commerce design is always a plus.
Compensation:
As an early-stage, bootstrapped startup, we're currently unable to offer paid roles. However, we value the time and effort our team members contribute. Recognizing your work, we will provide Letters of Recommendation. Equity options may also be available, depending on your longevity and performance with the company.
Work Environment:
All our roles are remote, with flexible timings. We focus on task-oriented performance checks rather than hours worked. However, we ideally expect a time contribution of 3-4 hours per day.
