Job Overview
We are seeking a good team worker to be on call for our Snow removal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining safe and accessible sidewalks and parking lots during winter weather conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. The Snow shoveler will work primarily in the outdoor environments, using shovels and salting equipment and performing various groundskeeping tasks.

Duties
• to clear snow and ice from parking lots, and sidewalks
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts effectively.
• Respond promptly to changing weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or hazards encountered.

Requirements
• Previous experience in snow removal or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle the cold weather and steady shoveling and working out doors in winter weather safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.is a plus !!!!but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends during snow events.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $17.00 - $1+.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 24 per week
