Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Installation Assistant/Helper to support our installation team. This entry-level position involves assisting with various tasks under the guidance of a Team Lead. The role requires physical labor, problem-solving, and teamwork. As you grow with us, you will have opportunities to take on more responsibilities and advance within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive company vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Carry and move heavy materials (up to 100 lbs) to and from company vehicles and job sites.
• Use company-provided tools such as grinders, clamps, screwdrivers, caulking guns, and more to assist with installations.
• Assist in the removal of debris and thorough cleanup of job sites.
• Collaborate with the team and follow instructions to ensure successful project completion.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 100 pounds).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior experience in construction or installation is a plus but not required.
