REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
• Experience: Need to have a mechanical inclination
• Plumbing Installations: Help technicians install PVC DWV piping for new construction or remodels, PEX and/or copper water lines
• Fixture Installation: Help technicians install plumbing fixtures, including tubs, toilets, urinals, faucets, etc.
• Water Heaters: Help technicians install and replace tank and tankless water heaters
• Repairs: Help technicians perform sewer and water line repairs
• Excavation Equipment: Proficiency with excavation equipment is a plus

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Clean background check, drug test, and reference check
• Valid New York State driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
