Creation of new document type tree
Vault object and object record creation
Creation of Dynamic Access Control record
Creation of customized report as per business requirement
Management of high priority requests and application downtime (planned & unplanned)
Management of several bulk requests using Vault API and Vault loader
Analysis, Implementation and documentation of change and service requests
Preparation and update of SOP, KA etc
Customer communication as and when needed
