Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and preventive maintenance (PMs) on corrugating machinery, including slitters, slotters, die cutters, folders, and laminators
The majority of the equipment is operated using B&R drives, Servo drives, and PLCs
Conduct mechanical maintenance and PMs, including greasing and oiling bearings, replacing shafts, and maintaining roller conveyors and hydraulic systems
Perform electrical maintenance on Servo and B&R drives, Siemens/Allen Bradley PLC controls, motors, and single/3 phase systems (120v-480v)
Troubleshoot issues with corrugating and packaging equipment
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to diagnose and repair equipment
Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and comply with company standards

Job Description

Work Environment
You will be working in a clean and organized environment. The available shifts are as follows: 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm, 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm, and 3rd shift from 11pm-7am (currently +pm-7am).
