We consider natural light and ventilation as predominant guiding factors, while amalgamating contemporary technological advancements where necessary.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at OWM Architecture in Coimbatore. The Interior Designer will be responsible for material planning, creating interior drawings, designing furniture, interiors and architectural elements, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;) for various projects.

Qualifications

Space Planning and Interior Design skills

Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings

Ability to select FF&E; for interior projects

Proficiency in SketchUp, ENSCAPE, Photoshop and added advantage over other design software knowledge.

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Experience

1 to 2 Years

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
