Program Overview Pathway To Success (PTS)

Our Pathway to Success (PTS) Program is Vrcyns flagship initiative aimed at empowering individuals to excel in their careers. Through expert training, industryrecognized certifications, and comprehensive job placement support, PTS bridges skill gaps and prepares participants for workforce demands. This program enhances marketability and employability, positioning participants for long-term career success in an increasingly competitive job market.

As a Campus Ambassador Intern, you'll play a key role in spreading awareness about VRCYN, engaging with your peers, and promoting our brand and products/services through creative and impactful marketing efforts. You will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills in marketing, communication, and event coordination, while gaining exposure to the inner workings of a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities
• Brand Promotion: Act as the face of VRCYN on your campus and promote our brand across multiple channels, including social media, campus events, and word of mouth.
• Event Organization: Plan and execute on-campus promotional events, activities, or student-focused campaigns to increase brand visibility and student engagement.
• Social Media Engagement: Create and share content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) that highlights your experience with the company, our products/services, and relevant campus happenings.
• Networking & Partnerships: Build relationships with student organizations, influencers, and faculty to establish meaningful campus partnerships and increase brand awareness.
• Referral Program: Actively participate in and promote any referral or affiliate programs to encourage sign-ups, purchases, or downloads.
• Feedback Collection: Gather insights and feedback from your peers about our product/services to help improve the brand experience and relay customer opinions to the marketing team.

Qualifications

Current student (undergraduate/graduate).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and connect with a diverse group of students and faculty.
• Active on social media and comfortable creating content (photos, videos, posts, etc.).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in marketing, event planning, or brand promotion (preferred but not required)
