Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, products, and services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with order tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of Flipkarts products, services, and policies.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance overall customer experience.
• Maintain data privacy and follow compliance regulations in handling customer information.
• Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement in processes and customer interactions.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office and web-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-discipline and time management.
