Experienced Full Time Only dining tips and benefits):

Base Hourly Pay is hourly Living wage (Age based)

Service Charge Tips is generous (includes tables of 5+ guests/shared)

Cash Tips is generous (great cash tips/shared)

Holiday Pay is paid in advance with monthly payslip

Pension contributions from us (for aged 22+)

The role:

Previous experience is necessary for this role. Age for the role is 18+

Permanent and full or part time contract. Paid holidays, Daily cash tips & service charge. Paid overtime is available. Monthly pay with Age depending rates to current year.

We provide laundered uniforms. We will feed you whilst you are working a long shift and you receive staff discount when you dine with your family in our restaurant. You will be joining a professional team.

About You:

You are required to have experience in a similar environment, having communication skills, working in your own initiative or as part of the team, to be confident and have a natural people skills style and have the ability to consistently deliver high standards in a busy environment.

We will equip you with all you need and develop your skills further with potential to move up the ranks. You are required to be confident and have a natural people skills style.

Brouge Gastropub Twickenham is a family run pub restaurant serving fresh food in the restaurant, bar and garden in the summer.

We cater for functions with set menus or buffet, for weddings, rugby matches and a high number of regular customer base.
