Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
1+ years of HVAC Service experience or equivalent HVAC experience and education
EPA Universal Certification
Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for a wide range of residential equipment
Experience making repair and replacement decisions
Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for the customer
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to attend training classes and seminars
