Join Our Team as a Production Plant Operative!

Manpower is hiring for production staff to work on an ongoing basis with our national client in Ivybridge. If you have a background in production and thrive in a fast-paced and physical environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to a safety-first operation and ensure an incident-free workplace

.Meet production targets set by leadership at the start of each shift

Operate processes safely to achieve production goals

Rotate duties across cylinder filling, maintenance, and inspection activities

Load and unload cylinder vehicles as needed

What We're Looking For:

A strong attention to detail-accuracy is crucial

A high level of safety awareness at all times

Ability to read and follow instructions, as well as take guidance from site leaders

A team player who can also work independently when required

Shift Pattern:

Early Shift: 07:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday

Back Shift: 12:00 - 21:00 Monday - Friday

Details:

Temporary ongoing role till December 2026

Pay: £12.30/hour (standard 42.5 hours) + overtime at 1.5x rate

Location requires own transport
