Assistant Supervisor

Description: We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to support our supervisory team. As an Assistant Supervisor, you'll assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Assist the Supervisor in managing team members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations - Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards - Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives - Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members Requirements: - 0-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
