End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the complete hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and referrals to identify top talent.
Job Posting & Employer Branding:
• Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms.
• Strengthen the company’s employer brand to attract and retain talent.
Candidate Management:
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure seamless communication and engagement throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations:
• Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents.

• Proven experience in recruitment or HR roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
