Department: Human Resources

Reports to: HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making offers and onboarding new employees. You will play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

As an HR Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of the company by ensuring we hire the right talent for the right roles.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally within a corporate or agency setting.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in hiring.

Skills:

Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and databases.
